To be able to help you as good as possible, we use Wizzbit support. This software, based on TeamViewer, makes it possible for us to remotely take a look at your computer. As a result, we can identify the problem much faster and come up with a solution to solve it.
When you open Wizzbit support you will see the screen shown on the right. With the ID we can connect to your computer. Only when you start Wizzbit Support and give us the ID we can connect to your computer.
